My daughter lives with me from Friday till Tuesday, most of the time more often. For school my daughter and my daughters' sister *(her sister is not my child)* have been at my address which is my fathers' & mine, for I live with him full time.

So you go back to court and you provide proof to the court that the child spends the majority of time with you. Then request that the support order be modified or eliminated.

Also is there a big difference in how much money the both of you make? Even if 50/50 with the child if there is a large difference then child support can be ordered.

Yes! There are cases where the custodial parent was ordered to pay child support to the non-custodial parent...
