Not likely as an anullment means that the marriage did not exist. Why do you believe after so long he is still married to his former spouse?

Also, if he never legally ended his previous marriage, then there is no need for you to annul the marriage or get a divorce, since your marriage would have been illegal and therefore it s\doesn't legally exist.

If you prove he is already legally married, first, he is a criminal, at least in the US and Canada and can be reported to the police.

Next sorry no, you can not get allimony if you were never married, and if he is already married to someone else, you were never married, so you can't get a anullment or a divorce.
