Ive been complaining with pain near my right ovary. I have become tired all the time,Im urinating more frequently, getting nausea the last week or two, my stomach is swollen, Im getting a twitching below my belly button all the time (in my womb) and my breasts have become very sensitive, there's a lot of visible veins and my nipples have changed colour, am I pregnant?

You have symptoms of possible pregnancy, but the best way to find out would be to try a pregnancy test. Hope it turns out how you would like it to!
