I had my last period at the end of jan me and my boyfriend had unproctected sex around the 3-7 of feb I'm having tightness in the lower parrt of my stomach and I'm eating more and feeling sick at times could I be pregnant

It is possible you are pregnant, though it's not the most likely time. It is far too soon for pregnancy symptoms, or even to do a pregnancy test yet. You'll have to wait until close to the end of the month before even the most sensitive test can confirm a pregnancy.

In the meantime, start taking folic acid, just in case.
