    Recessed lighting wiring help
    Installing recessed lighting. Live wire in ceiling. Another wire coming from wall switch.
    Both wires were attached to a wall light. I want to use the same wires for recessed, but not sure how.

    Is that live wire live 24/7 or does flipping the switch kill it?
