Is there something specific you are trying to improve? Overall improvement: make healthy food choices, at least most of the time... do not over-eat... have daily exercise... make any lifestyle changes you know would be wise, such as not smoking, deal with stress in a healthy way, spend time with friends and family, develop a positive outlook on life and surround yourself with positive people, strive to have more fun, etc.
