    Shoulder pain,
Okay so, a few weeks ago I woke up, and my right shoulder was all kinds of messed up. I thought it was some muscle strain or something that would go away, but I am now convinced it might be a torn rotator cuff or something. It hurts from my shoulder blade to around the top of my arm. Anyone want to take a stab at it?

Nope. You had better have it seen to by your doctor and diagnosed. We don't diagnose on AMHD. It could be just about anything from arthritis to an injury.

There are many muscles in the area you are referring to, the rotator cuff muscles consist of your supraspinatus, infraspantus, teres minor and subscapularis (s.i.t.s). Look up those muscles and do some self dianosis. A strain is a tear in the muscle, a sprain is a tear in the tendon. You would have to do something very explosive to injure those muscles, could also be a trigger point if you woke up with that kind of pain, could be the way you slept
