My new husband and I have just applied for a spouce visa for him after our marriage in an anglican church- he is from india and is here on a working holiday visa which is about to expire on the 18th feb-i have recently started working full time and do claime dissability living allowance for my son- we live in a 2 bed house and my husband has been promised full time work- for which we have document to prove this. What are our chances of getting permission for him to stay and how long do we have to wait for a decission?
