Probably just the punch. For diarrhea, stop giving juice and punch. Give him some cheese cubes, extra bread, and ANY time diarrhea last this long, you take him to the doctor.

Diarrhea for a WEEK?? I'm guessing it's blood. His urine would be what's red from the Hi-C.
