Questions about possible pregnancy?

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive since July with no success. We have regular unprotected sex that ranges from 2-5 times a week. In January I had my regular period I believe ( I wasn't paying much attention). My period always starts on the 10th of every month. Well this month I have had a UTI ( I do not know if that matters or no, I have never had one before), horrible back pain, my shoulders have hurt, my hungry has ranged from extremely hungry to not eating much, I have been moody ( but I am bipolar so its hard to tell with me sometimes) and normally every month I get ache right before my period this month I have not, not even a single black head. Now I am not sure if I could be pregnant. My breasts have been swollen and sore and I just looked earlier and my nipple has large veins in them ( I normally do not have this, and I can not tell if they are darker or not) but all of my pain in both my back and breast left yesterday. I have had these pains for almost two weeks. I would just like another woman's opinion on my situation.

The only way to know is to take a pregnancy test. You're not really, truly considered late yet, but if you are pregnant, it might be soon enough for accurate test results. I'd buy a two or three pack just in case it is still too soon though in case the first one is negative but your period doesn't come.
