I'm 19 years old and I had sex unprotected w/ my girlfriend and 5 days after I noticed tiny red spots on my penis and they started painless, but I have noticed as I started touching them to test the pain they have become irritated and they are starting to hurt. There is also a tiny bit of skin around that glands that tend to peel off and it is an almost white color. When I pull back my foreskin I also see the red spots as well. The spots are slightly raised after they are touched but get smaller after a short period. My penis has also been more dry than usual. I was wondering if this could be herpes because I am freaking out.
