I purchased a mobile home from someone and I want the title to it. I just found out today that the guy who sold it to me is not the actual owner and he has no title to it. How can I get the title into my name?

You can't, if the person who sold it to you, did not own it, then they did fraud. You can not force the real owner to give it to you.

So you sue the person who sold it, for the money you paid.

You can only get the title by actually buying it from the owner who has the title
