Hello,
I bought a new house and I have the same kind of faucet,
When you turn the shower on it starts very hot water for about half bucket then it gets cold. Please advise me with the solution because I looked about 12 different places and could not find the parts for it.
I took it apart it doesn't have that black round piece. Is it put together wrong? Or I have to buy a new part, if so where can I buy it or how to contact the company?
