Hi , I am moved to US on L1-B visa by company since 08/08/2010 ,I am filling my tax here but I have not completed 180 stay here how will tax get calculated, what will happen to my income in dai for the period Apr 2010-Jully-2010. (one more question can I file tax online)

If you are not married, you will file nonresident tax return Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ. This return can not be filed online.
