I overstayed in Canada ontario for 3 months, I came from Portugal, I had 1 year of work permit as a skilled worker, I got pick up by Immigration, after a few reviews, I fill up the pre removal risk assessment form, in November last year, I didn't got any answer or what so ever. Im living with my girlfriend for over 6 months, she is a Permanent Resident, her sponsorship is her mom, she's studying full time plus part time job. There is any way she can help me with my papers?
What should I do in this circumstances ?
