I'm Looking for a book probably written for kids or teenagers the main character is a football player who could throw a football like a curveball. My husband read this book in the 70's and I would like to find it for him.

I've Googled a bit and don't find a title yet. The best thing to do is call or visit your public library (probably the children's department) and ask for reader's advisory help. The library has electronic and print resources to help -- plus librarians tend to remember storylines in older books they too read as a young person.
