I have gone 7 weeks with no money as my employer is supposed to send me an smp1 form to be able to claim maternity allowance but I'm still waiting on it. I have now been charged by the bank for not having enough money to cover direct debits. The last time I was paid by m employer was 22nd dec. please advise me on what I can do?
