Please can you help me with what tyoe of form should I fill for filing US tax return:
Brief:
1 Was in the US from 18-Feb-2009 to 06-Feb-2010 on as H1b assignment
2 Between this I had come back to India on vacation from 24 Nov 2009 to 07 Jan 2010
3 Last year I had filed via 1040
4 I am single and am a citizen of India with no dependants

The question is which form should I use this year. If it is 1040NR what will be the deductions that I should put

For 2010, you will file nonresident tax return.
