Personal Rental Property and Filing Taxes on it.
Hello, I am filing my personal income taxes. I have a personal property that I have converted to a rental property. I collect minimal income on this property. Do I claim this income/expenses on rents and royalties and as a business rental property? Do I create my own 1099 MISC for my own personal property? I am a Reatlor and I do have a business, but this property was not purchased by my business. When filing my S Corp and LLC income, I did not include this with my business income. It's a bit confusing. Do I create/file my own Schedule E and 1099 Misc. for this personal property?

You report income and expenses from your rental business on Schedule C of your Form 1040. And no - you should not issue a 1099-MISC to yourself!
