Hello,

I worked on F1-visa on OPT from April 19, 2010 to Jan 18, 2011. My H1-B got approved on Jan 19, 2011 and since then I am working with the same company on H1-B.

So, I am confused if I should file my taxes this year on 1040 EZ or 1040 NR EZ ?

For 2010 you will file nonresident tax return if you did not complete 5 years on F-1. http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/03/...s-for-non.html
