I have been married with my husband for 3 years already. I got my temp 2 year Green Card & It is expired now, however I got 1 year extantion letter from the immigration. If we file the divorce papers in one month, will I loose my green card status & is there any way I can continue the process of getting my 10 year perm green card??

When does your 1 year extension expire? You can still hold your green card status until your status is decided even if it is after the one year extension period.
