It's a Whirlpool Model #LER3624JQ1, Serial #MM5286127. I noticed it gets hot when you select the setting with the dial, but haven't closed the door or pushed the start button yet. Also the timer didn't move once drying the clothes for over an hour before I noticed it and that day it would not cool down even on cool down setting, it kept heating but did shut off manually turning dial to off.
