As long as it is OK with your parents. They may prefer you wait until you are a bit older to officially "date" and that spending time with him in a group of friends would be preferred for now.

Of course . As long as you are in a safe relationship & your parents agree . I myself am 14 and I am allowed . It just depends on how your parents feel about it and if you guys don't do anything "Stupid" as parents would say
