I am at L1B visa and My daughter @ 2years at L2B visa , denied for SSN, I am filling my first return and she joined me here last year in march.
So I need to file for ITIN for her .I was able to downnload the W7 form but I don't know where can I submitt the filled form and what are the supportinf documents I need, Can I apply for ITIN online or do I need to send it vi apost or some office in denton Texas where I stay ?

If your daughter is here in the U.S. the best support document is a photocopy of her visa, passport AND I-94 which is notarized. That notarization can be done at your local bank in most states.

The address to send the Form W-7 WITH the tax return is contained in the Form W-7 instructions, which can be downloaded from www.irs.gov.
