Abnormal period. One week period one week clear then repeat
Exercise is good for almost everyone. Im sure there are rare circumstances where it would not advised. I don't specifically know of what they are. If you are concerned in any way, you should ask your doctor. He or she would have your medical history to take into consideration as well.
Like the above poster said, exercise is good for everyone, but I don't think that it will help with your periods.
You really need to see your doctor about this. One week on, one week off, that's not normal, and should be checked.
