Hello I have removed my delta cartridge installed a new one turned water on the problem is handle will not cut water off no matter which way I turn it. Any help would be great. Thanks Randy

I'd pull the new cartridge out and inspect the springs and washers (if present) under the new cartridge. My guess is that the springs/washers got disturbed when you installed the new cartridge.

Mark thanks for the info the only promblem is that this is the second new one I have put in and have not noticed any damage to either one but facet will not turn off water. Thanks Randy

I'm not thinking the cartridge itself is the issue, but the springs and cup washers that are usually under a delta cartridge... see image below.

Check for these under the cartridge... they may have fallen out and you missed it is all... maybe?

Otherwise, if the springs/cup washers aren't the issue pop back and let me know the particular model valve you have, OK?
