    Husband on H1 wife on OPT
    I am on OPT and working. My husband is on H1. My employer hasn't withheld any FICA amount. How do we file taxes. Joint or separate.

    If we filed joint in 2009 ( I was unemployed) Should I file joint in 2010 and in that case do I owe Social security and medicare?
