The flash signal control card is giving a 3 flash signal - pressure centrifugal switch closed with inducer off - I am not sure if that means that there is a problem with the control card. Visually inspecting the items on the card I see some corrosion and 1 item that made a burn mark on the card. Can't really tell for sure but I think it has a burn hole in it. My question would be, can a 3 flash signal stem from a bad control card?
