I've been having daily sex with my partner right up until I get my Period,without contraception, but the thing is in the last 2 months my Periods have only been lasting 3 days.My breasts are always sore an Im feeling sick a lot of the time, but last month I took a test and it came out negative. I just want to know why my period is only lasting 3 days?

It may just be a change in your cycles, but since they have only recently been off from the norm, and you have been feeling sick with breast tenderness, you may want to try another pregnancy test.

While not the norm, some women will have some bleeding in early pregnancy, or even most of the way through a pregnancy, often about the time they would expect their period.

If the result is negative see how you feel over the next couple of weeks. If you still feel ill much of the time, see your doctor. They may decide to do a blood test to rule out pregnancy and discuss other possible reasons.
