When running water in our house -- all of the toilets when flushed, faucets in sinks and tubs -- the pressure seems irregular. I can't add sound to this, but this is what the sound would "look" like.

Until the toilet tank fills, and the entire time water is running in a sink or tub -- in other words when the water is "ON" it does this. Just started this evening.
