Do you mean this:

$<br /> -6m-n^3<br />$

where m = -3 and n = -2?

If so, then when you do the substitution you get:

$<br /> -6 (-3) - (-2)^3 = 18 -(-2\ \times \ -2 \ \times \ -2) = 18 -(-8) = 18+8 = 26<br />$
