Have to reroute some 3/4" pex water lines .... have many couplers and tees ...... can they be reused ?

Do they make a "union" for 3/4" Pex ?

Have to make a pvc glue connection... can this be done with temps from
32 to 36 deg (new glue) ?

How long must the glue dry in cold weather ?
