I am OPT student in the year 2010 and now I'm on extended OPT.I got W2 form frm my employer
Which includefederal filling copy,NY state filling copy and nj state filling copy.

I should file 1040 NR -EZ,8843 and shoud I also file individual state tax form,if yeas where can I get it.

In form 8843 in student section,there is one field to enter name and address of uni,u attended in 2010,and in line 10 there is field that says to enter name ,address and director of academic in 2010,what should I put in this both fields.

Where can I get nj and ny state form.

Should I post all this forms to just IRS address?

You can get both the NY and NJ forms off the state tax websites,

You can put either the school information on the Form 8843, or the business information where you work. Just make sure the phone numbers are accurate, because the IRS occasionally DOES call to confirm the student's status.
