    Well booster pump
I need to get 65 pounds pressure to run my sprikler system. I have 30 at this time. Will a booster pump fix this? Or will I need to get a bigger pump and a booster pump? I have 1 inch pipe what size will I need on booth? Thanks

Is this water coming from a well? If so, then why not just turn up the pressure on the well?

Tink, your problem is not pressure... it's volume. Your pump cannot supply enough water for six sprinkler heads. I would think your would need a larger pump.

I agree with all but you could get a Poly or old oil storage tank, pump into that and then use a sprinkler pump from there. Might be the cheapest way.

Ma is talking about a big storage tank... several hundred gallons would be needed. Might not be a bad idea. You would need a float valve for it. Still... that's a lot just to water your yard.
