My boyfriend is due in the magistrates court on Tuesday on a charge of sending two offensive messages via voicemail. He is currently on a suspended sentence as he was charged for criminal damage back in June 2010. I'd like to know what sort of outcome I can expect for this case please and what information and facts will be considered during it?

Well, it depends on whether he's guilty or not... I don't know what an offensive voice mail is, from a legal perspective... Do you? Now, if just wants to lay down for the court, I couldn't say what might happen to him.

If it was me, I wouldn't go to court without a solicitor by my side... But, that's just me.
