Mom did drugs but, is now 4 months clean and wants custody of their 3 yr old daughter. Does she have a chance?

Not really if the child has been removes because of a drug abuse problem. 4 months isn't really enough time to re-evaluate the person. Its good they are staying clean but most courts and systems like child protective services would like to see about a years time so there can be a track record of consistency.
