Im an Australian citizen and married a girl in Lebanon 10 years ago and now we have 2 kids who were born in australia. My daughter is 8th and my son is 3yo. My wife upped and left for Lebanon in 2010(June) and has been there since with no plans of returning and she has taken the kids. I've had enough and I miss my kids very much and was wondering if I have any legal grounds to bring my kids back here to Australia to be with me as we are not separated or divorced. Please advise what I can do to get my kids back.

You will have to consult a lawyer in international law. You also may want to call your state department. Try to find out if there are any existing treaties between the countries.
