Im on community corrections in tn and am facing a new charge in OR.

It is a very weak case in OR and I believe I can beat it pretty easily - if they even indict me. If I do beat it can I still get in trouble in TN for being arrested? I know that I can get in trouble for being in another state - am I looking at more trouble than that if I beat my OR case?
