It just stop showing the right speed , and when I stop the car it stays at 15km no lower , what should I do

. Test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter:

The under hood fuse box is likely near the battery.

. Test/replace the Variable Speed Sensor (VSS). Start by cleaning the connector.

. Check/replace the Instrument Panel Cluster.

Thanks I will do this tomorrow , I just had my battery changed , would have anything to do with my faulty speedometer?

Only if a fuse was blown.
