I believe it starred Paul Sorvino. He and these now "older" one time motorcycle club members are watching the nieghborhood decline as new, younger hoodlum types take over. The club/bar they still all hang at had a photo of them in their younger days all dressed in black leather jackets and standing next to their bikes. There is a scene where one of the 'old timers' finds himself in a alley confronted by the younger hoodlums, and... yes you guessed it... a door flies open and one of the old timer's steps out dressed in his black leather jacket with a club in hand, then another door opens and it is another old timer... Any thoughts?
