Hello, My mother put my brothers name on my grand mothers house that was given to her my my granma. The title has her name first and then she added my brothers. Can she remove his name since she put it on the title. Is this possiable? She has paid the taxes and repairs and up keep to the home. This is in the stae of Arizona.

Nope... the only way that's going to happen is if he signs over a quit claim deed to her. And hope he doesn't want money... he's legally half owner of it.

THis is why you don't do this... its not reversible by the person that does it.
