    He there , my question is.. I am a Mexican citizen doing sales for a US firm, but I am located in Tijuana mexico, Can USA firm payme for my services and they can deduct the payment for taxexs purposes? And do I have to pay taxes??

    Please advice??

    If you are not in US to work and you are not a US citizen or resident, the income paid by US firm is not taxable in the US. You do not pay any US tax. Submit W-8BEN to the US firm.
