Indicator light is out on dash,hard to see what gear your in ,any one know how to fix??

The IPC receives a class 2 message from the PCM indicating the gear position.
If the problem is with the indicator display only and not the entire illumination scheme, you will need the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) replaced and reprogrammed/reconfigured.
