    L1B Visa Income Tax : Year 2010
    Hi
I am in USA on L1B Visa since 10 July 2010. My family (Wife and daughter) joined me in Oct 2010. They have valid L2 visa and SSN. I miss SPT Test by 7 days.
    Could you please guide me
    1. Can I file Income Tax jointly as married?
    2. Shall I declare 2010 Income in Home country? Will that be taxed in USA?
    3. What all forms Do I need to fill up.

    Thanks
