    Hi!
    Its freezing here & my kitchen hot waterfaucet isn't working.All the other faucets have hot water working.The dishwasher is near the sink & in it also hot ater isn't working.

    Is it frozen? What should I do?

    Could be frozen or it could be clogged. Open the cainet doors and direct a fan or heater into the cabinet. Does the cold faucet work, if so turn it on slightly and leave the hot valve also opened. If after a few hours this doesn't help the we should start looking for a clog. Does you hot water pipe have a stop valve below the sink, if so shut it off and disconnect the tub coming up and out of that valve. I'll wait here until you have had a chance to let the fan or heater do its job and then we can go from there

    Common problem these past weeks. If the line is in an exterior wall, you will have difficulty thawing it out. It may be in a crawl space or basement although basements usually don't get that cold. Trace where the line goes and use a hair dryer or a heat gun to thaw the pipes. If the piping is PVC or CPVC, do not use a heat gun.

    Thanks !

    I tried your suggestions of hair dryer & opened the cabinets & alsoopened the dishwasher space abit & let faucets drip & about midmorning thyeer was this gurgling noise & hot water started.
