I remember watching this movie when I was a kid and I haven't seen it since. All I can remember is there was a bomb inside of a bridge and some guy had to take it out before it blew up the bridge. I kind of want to say LL COOL J was in it but I am not entirely sure about that. I also remember them putting the bomb in ice for some reason, maybe to put the bomb out or something. If I had to guess this movie would have came out sometime in the 90's but again I am not sure. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
