I had a water pipe burst in my house about a week and a half ago and my acustic guitar got wet. I wipe the outside off and dumped as much of the water out as possible. Will the wood warp?

Its possible but I would be more worried about it splitting. Many are laminate in construction meaning it has layers. You might call a reputable shop near you that handles repair of musical items and ask them. Right now you need to do everything you can to ensure it stays as dry as possible.
