I'd like to find a film I remember watching, over 10ish yrs ago but have no idea what it's called! Please help! The plot goes something (from my patchy memory) like this:
A young pregnant woman gives birth to a baby boy, I think she's in a convent perhaps, as the baby has to be taken away, she says goodbye, and gives the baby her neclace (unsure of the pendant ? St Christopher) years later she goes through some sort of kidnapping/ stalking ordeal and the kidnapper/stalker has her and ?sisters ?friends. He wants them to have dinner together and she ?poisons his wine, then stabs him in the chest.. as she does she sees the neclace.. HE IS HER LONG LOST SON!
I'd love to see this movie properly, it's always stuck in my mind! I have no idea of title, director, actors or even character names, just the details I have given... help!

Bella Mafia (1997)?

Thank you, but I don't think it's bella mafia, just had a peek. There was a scene where they kill him at dinner very similar, drug him and tie him to a chair.. but then she stabs him in the chest, and as she does, reveals her old neclace around his neck! I remember this bit vividly!
