    US resident tax question
I am a US resident living in the US but work for and paid by a foreign company.

The company pays me as a contractor and has no withholding at all. How do I report this income on my US tax return and are there any special forms that I should be aware of.

    TIA

If you are a green card holder, you have to file a U.S. tax return, but you should be able to exclude up to $91,500 of your pay under the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion.

If you are a VISA holder, the income should NOT be subject to U.S. income taxes.

If you want more details as to how to file, email me at [email protected].
