We have a rudd ac/heater that isn't blowing warm air. The thermostat is set to heater and auto. It kicks on and blows out cold air. The unit out side does't ever kick on (Im not sure if its supposed to though). I've reset the brakers as well and reset the fuse pannel next to the outside unit. Any ideas?
